    The Valley of the Kings is the major tourist attraction in Luxor. It is a valley in Egypt used as royal burial site for a period of nearly 500 years in ancient Egypt. In modern times it has become famous for the discovery of Tutankhamun tomb.

  • The Colossi of Memnon

    One of the main attractions in Luxor West Bank on the road to the monument area, 2 gigantic statues known as the Colossi of Memnon belong to Pharaoh Amenhotep III. For 3,400 years they have sat in the Theban necropolis.

  • Edfu Temple

    Edfu is located 60 Km to the north of Aswan, today it is an important center for sugar production and pottery. The most important monument in Edfu is the Temple of Horus, it is one of the most beautiful and preserved temples in Egypt & second largest after Karnak.
