I recently completed a memorable trip to Egypt in early April 2025. I spent three days in Cairo and four days on Nile Cruise. I would like to take this opportunity and recognize the extraordinary help and support provided by Salma Tareq (Tour Consultant). From the initial query till my last day in Cairo, Salma was instrumental in making my trip a roaring success. She was always polite, professional, resourceful and prompt. She responded almost immediately to all my initial queries and later my requests for help. I still cannot comprehend how she was able to respond quickly late at night and through an almost 24/7 cycle. She deserves all the praise for her extraordinary talents and her laser focus on customer satisfaction

Super stay and tours in Cairo
I have just finished the Cairo portion of an 3 week tour of Egypt and Jordan. They have been superb so far. From the start, in organizing the tour via email, they understood my requirements and offered many options - always in a friendly and responsive manner. The greeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel by private car was done smoothly, quickly, comfortably and with a smile. The two days on tour in Cairo were very full but never rushed. My private Egyptologist guide always made sure to explain well and answer all questions, but then also made sure I had plenty of time to explore on my own - a style of travel that I really enjoy. So different than the harried groups that I saw at many locations. The driver was always there when needed. The rooftop lunches provided excellent local fare and a welcome break in the schedule to avoid travel in the worst of the heat.

Breathtaking and vacation of a lifetime!!!
By far the BEST vacation and professionalism I have ever experienced. Right from the planning to boarding the flight back home. There was not ONE MOMENT where we felt like this wasn't not the tour and staff for us. The hospitality from our tour manager Ahmed all the way to the staff at each hotel and cruise staff, they made us feel important and welcomed. I'd like to send special thank yous to Abdalla, Amr and Aly for everyhing they've done! Not the topping on the cake, the hospitality from Ahmed our tour manager, Hend our Cairo tour guide and our driver Muhammed - we love you guys!!!!

Me and my daughter (11 years old) had a beautiful tour experience and had great fun too! We have been constantly accompanied since our arrival at the Airport till the end of the tour. The tour contact persons (Ahmed and Ayman) were always available to help us or satisfy our needs and the same for the guides that were very competent as well (Samir above all!). Everybody took great care of us and contributed, together with the incredible artistic beauties, to make our trip really unforgettable! Then we highly recommend this operator!

Great experience since the very first time i made contact with the company, Miss Salma was great and always prompt with her replies.
Our coordinator in Cairo, Nasr, was super organised from start to finish, very polite and a really nice person, our driver Osama, was also very nice and a really good driver. Our guide in Cairo Hend is very knowledgeable, and we really enjoyed our tour of the pyramids. The camel rides the pharaohs tour. 5 star to all of them .
Our nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor was amazing. Ashraf, our guide is the best you can get, so much passion about their history. The Nile cruise is a must, Abu Simbel, AMAZING, Komombo WOW, Luxor is simply STUNNING, the hot air ballon ride EXCEPTIONAL, everything was amazing.
Finally, we went to Hurgada, and for sure, the snorkelling tour and orange bay are a must!
On the whole, i can't recommend Egypt travel gate and highly enough. Everything was all so organised, drivers always on time, super excursions, and impeccable service.
